Senior Finance Manager, Oncology Finance

📋 Description

• Lead AbbVie financial consolidation for the oncology collaboration, including forecasts, management
• Lead the Financial Working Group and coordinate required reporting, governance meetings, and
• Partner with R&D Alliance Finance to reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual profit-share and
• Manage U.S. therapeutics P&L consolidation, including net sales, SG&A operating expenses
• Support alliance-related audit, compliance, and internal control requirements.
• Own end-to-end SG&A planning for the U.S. oncology business, including Annual Plan, Latest Best

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, or accounting required.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical
• At least 2 years of people-management experience, including coaching and developing finance talent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment without
• Strong financial planning, modeling, budgeting, forecasting, analytical, and critical-thinking
