Senior Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for Communications and other teams.
• Develop and maintain financial models to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, KPIs, and forecasts.
• Translate financial data into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Act as Finance Business Partner to functional leaders across teams.
• Monitor performance and adjust plans as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or related discipline.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and modeling.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets, capable of building robust models.
• Experience with modern modeling, reporting, and data visualization tools.
• Analytical, with ability to explain insights to non-finance stakeholders.
