📋 Description

• Serve as the primary FP&A partner for multiple departments across the organization, proactively
• Lead monthly financial performance reviews with department heads, delivering variance analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience within a corporate Finance or FP&A environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and project-based analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems using financial modeling and large data sets.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
