Senior Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Build and maintain ARR, GRR, and NRR models for forecasting.
• Partner with Revenue Finance Manager and cross-functional teams to drive growth.
• Analyze subscription revenue drivers; keep multi-segment models accurate as business grows.
• Provide board-ready reporting and pricing insights for a $200M+ ARR SaaS.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to support growth initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or revenue analytics in SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce; Adaptive Planning or similar.
• Ability to build and explain ARR, GRR, NRR models; cross-functional communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to executives.
