📋 Description

• Own OPEX forecasting and budget maintenance across departments.
• Partner with dept leaders to evaluate and document cost drivers.
• Create reports and analyses for leadership and external stakeholders.
• Lead migration of driver-based models to Drivetrain.
• Support FP&A on strategic initiatives (fundraising, M&A).
• Leverage Claude AI tools to streamline analysis and validate models.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Financial Analyst in SaaS/startup; BA in Finance/Accounting.
• Strong business acumen; identify key drivers of financial performance.
• Fluency with SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, retention.
• Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Experience with NetSuite, ThoughtSpot, Finqore.
• Excellent communication translating data into actionable recommendations.
