Senior Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Develop financial plans, forecasts, and cost estimates
• Analyze budget execution trends and requirements
• Support reconciliation and reporting across Marine Corps systems
• Provide DAI process expertise (Budget to Report, OBIEE/OAS, Order to Cash, P2P)
• Support Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and OBIEE reporting
• Assist with audit readiness and internal controls

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance or above
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field
• 10+ years supporting Federal financial management
• Experience with Marine Corps financial management and DoN operations
• DAI expertise: Budget to Report, OBIEE/OAS, Order to Cash, P2P
• Oracle Financials certifications required; strong analytical skills
