📋 Description

• Own end-to-end financial performance with leadership support
• Analyze metrics, build scalable financial models
• Provide insights for data-driven decisions and growth
• Lead design of collections to optimize cash flow
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive results
• Support FP&A and client services in a lab environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting; MBA preferred
• 8+ years in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting
• Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI; ERP/Oracle/Coupa knowledge
• GAAP knowledge and financial statement prep
• Experience establishing/improving collections process
• US work authorization (no sponsorship required)
