Senior Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting; drive assumptions.
• Create and refine financial models for game development decisions.
• Partner with studio/publishing leads; provide data to manage P&L.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management reports; summarize data.
• Identify and implement process improvements to financial systems.
• Mentor junior staff; collaborate across functions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years accounting or finance experience.
• Forecasting and modeling experience; in games/e-commerce/mobile apps.
• Proven track record of accurate, high-quality work and collaboration.
• Effective communication and ability to work with all levels.
• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or equivalent.
• Experience with databases and data viz; bonus: Hyperion/JDE/Snowflake.
