📋 Description

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with Finance and Tech/Operations.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting with data management, modeling, and variance analysis.
• Manage headcount planning and hiring plans with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technology/Operations to analyze performance and investments.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
• Address ad-hoc analyses on market performance and customer trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in Corporate Finance or similar.
• Advanced Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Distill financial data and interpret clear insights.
• Prioritize and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• MBA and other finance certificates preferred.
