Senior Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Consolidate actuals and forecasts across units for long-range planning.
• Produce P&L, headcount, and unit reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate with FP&A to craft leadership narratives and insights.
• Develop standardized reporting and forecasting tools.
• Support materials and analyses for executives and board meetings.
• Drive timely, accurate financial reporting and close cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related.
• Strong analytical skills to decipher drivers and deliver analytics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams to deadlines.
• Experience implementing new reporting processes in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Alteryx, Tableau, Looker, SQL, Anaplan, NetSuite is a plus.
• Comfort with cyclical workloads around close, forecast, and board meetings.
