Senior Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner closely with leaders across our Software and Firmware Engineering teams to manage
• Analyze financial results, prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, and support
• Partner with Accounting on month-end close activities, cost classification, and reporting requests.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to drive AOP planning.
• Improve the accuracy and scalability of existing financial reporting and forecasting models.
• Develop new mechanisms, analysis, or KPIs to inspect business performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A/Strategic Finance/Big 4 Accounting/Investment Banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• High aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem solving utilizing financial modeling and analysis
• Experience at a high-growth tech company.
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, often changing environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to senior management.
