📋 Description

• Act as the day-to-day finance partner to HR leadership and HR business partners, translating people
• Partner closely with our HR Analysis organization to build and maintain the people and operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a business partnering
• Demonstrated experience as an HR partner: you have sat in HR leadership meetings, owned people
• Prior direct partnership with HR and/or Operations teams, ideally in a SaaS, tech, or other
• Genuine business curiosity and a people-oriented mindset: you keep asking “why,” you enjoy learning
• Strong executive function: highly organized, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global
• Hands-on comp and benefits cost modeling: merit, bonus, equity, and benefits costing.
