Own forecasting and variance analysis for cash comp and SBC
Collaborate with Total Rewards and Technical Accounting on equity grants and vesting
Support monthly close for compensation/equity; coordinate with Payroll on actuals
Maintain Anaplan modules for compensation and equity forecasting
Support monthly headcount/comp forecast (start dates, backfills, attrition)
Partner with People Team on Workday data integrity for compensation/equity reporting

🎯 Requirements

3+ years FP&A in a rigorous environment
Fast-paced, collaborative team player
Excellent communicator with storytelling
Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills
Detail-oriented, highly organized self-starter
Equity/SBC experience preferred
