Senior Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze financial performance across multiple manufacturing facilities, monitoring revenue
• Evaluate key manufacturing cost drivers, including materials, labor, overhead, scrap, rework, and
• Partner with plant finance and operations teams to investigate financial variances, identify
• Assess project, product, and customer profitability to support informed operational, commercial
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, budgets, and forecasts using manufacturing and
• Support annual budgeting cycles, monthly financial forecasts, and long-term financial planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, financial statements, profitability
• Demonstrated experience developing financial models and analyzing complex financial and operational
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, data manipulation, and complex
• Experience with Power BI or comparable business intelligence and financial reporting platforms.
