Senior Financial Analyst - Canada Remote

📋 Description

• Own and maintain rolling forecast model (revenue, headcount, operating expense)
• Lead quarterly reforecast cycles; surface variances vs budget
• Support the annual operating plan; scenario modeling
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial packages for leadership
• Develop and maintain SaaS KPI reporting: ARR, NRR/GRR, bookings
• Build and maintain variance analysis; bridge actuals to budget/forecast

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related analytics
• SaaS/subscription experience preferred
• Excel financial modeling (multi-tab P&L, scenario analysis; VBA a plus)
• SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR/GRR, churn, bookings
• GAAP revenue recognition incl ASC 606
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to leadership
