Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance and Strategy

📋 Description

• Support long-range planning, capital structure, SBC and equity modeling.
• Partner with CFO, leadership, Board, Corp Dev, and Accounting.
• Lead board process, pro-forma forecasting, and GAAP framing.
• Drive cash flow forecasting and contingency planning.
• Benchmark externally to inform capital and operating decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, IB, PE or consulting.
• Advanced financial modeling: long-range and scenario analysis.
• Strong command of consolidated statements and SaaS/fintech metrics.
• Excellent communication and executive storytelling.
• Cross-functional partner with structured frameworks.
• Self-starter in a high-autonomy, fast-paced environment.
• Passion for AI, automation, and scalable planning/reporting.
