Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A

📋 Description

• Partner with CFO and leaders across Ops, Retail, Marketing, and Corporate.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and KPI reporting for enterprise-wide decisions.
• Deliver actionable insights to drive revenue, profitability, and performance.
• Produce executive-level reports, dashboards, and board materials.
• Drive labor planning and workforce analytics to improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related.
• 3–6 years FP&A or related analytics.
• Advanced Excel with modeling and large datasets.
• Experience with budgeting/forecasting and tools like Vena/OneStream.
• SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and Omni or similar BI tools.
• Strong communication and ability to present to executives.
