Senior Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Own and maintain the integrated three-statement model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Build and refine scenario and sensitivity analyses for planning and fundraising
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts with the VP of Finance
• Track actuals vs. plan, identify variances, and surface insights
• Translate financial complexity into actionable recommendations for non-finance stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance at a high-growth company
• Exceptional financial modeling skills; build a three-statement model from scratch
• Deep fluency in SaaS metrics and what drives them
• Strong analytical instincts and ability to explain data-driven implications
• Clear, confident communicator for non-finance audiences
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; Salesforce/NetSuite/BI tools a plus
