Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

📋 Description

• Own financial data integrity, reporting structures, and recurring management reports
• Consolidate, reconcile, and validate financial and operational data from multiple sources
• Design, maintain, and enhance financial dashboards and reporting packages
• Identify opportunities to standardize, document, and automate recurring reporting activities
• Partner with business unit leaders to assess financial performance, profitability, margins, cost
• Develop financial and operational models to evaluate strategic initiatives, pricing decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline preferred
• Three to six years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or comparable
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, cash flow
• Solid understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting practices, and principles of data
• Strong Excel skills and practical experience with financial data, building models, reporting
• Working knowledge of a major ERP or financial planning platform (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday
