Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales, GTM, and Corporate leaders to provide financial insights.
• Support GTM financial analysis, including operating expense management and headcount planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models and analytics across Sales, GTM, and G&A.
• Lead annual planning, monthly and quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes using AI tools and new technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of finance or related experience; 2+ years in corporate FP&A preferred.
• Experience using AI tools to automate processes, reporting, or analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with rigor and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to partner across all levels.
• Experience in Enterprise SaaS is preferred.
