Senior Financial Analyst-FP&A

📋 Description

• Own the mechanics of the rolling monthly and quarterly forecast, including model maintenance, input
• Refine and maintain the annual operating plan model and support the multi-year strategic plan build.
• Run scenario mechanics against assumptions set by the Senior Director, including growth cases, cost
• Build and maintain cash flow and runway schedules that roll forward without manual rebuild.
• Partner with functional managers and directors on budget ownership, spend tracking, and variance
• Work closely with Accounting and the Controller on close timing, accruals, and the actuals that

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a comparable
• Exposure to SaaS, healthcare technology, or another recurring revenue environment is a plus.
• Contributed to a recurring reporting package or variance analysis that went to a senior audience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field required.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Exposure to an ERP and FP&A planning tools, with NetSuite and spreadsheet-based planning tools
