Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

📋 Description

• Own planning and reporting processes with business leaders
• Build, maintain, and improve financial models for forecasting and budgeting
• Support annual budget with historical trends and projections
• Prepare analyses for leadership and board discussions
• Lead P&L analyses, including COGS and gross margin
• Review work product for quality and clarity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and executive reporting
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets with dynamic models
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Insights or similar tools
• Strong communication to translate analysis for non-finance stakeholders
