Senior Financial Analyst, GTM Finance

📋 Description

• Contribute to the financial planning process, including annual operating plan development
• Connect the dots across a complex organization and a multi-source P&L - acting as the financial
• Develop executive-ready financial analysis and commentary, communicating key insights and risks to
• Build and maintain performance metrics and reporting frameworks that enable the Sales organization
• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives, including automation and tool-enabled

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
• A passion for highly analytical work, with rigorous attention to detail and genuine intellectual
• Strong communication skills, able to distill complex financial analysis into crisp, executive-level
• Prior experience in SaaS FP&A, equity research, investment banking, management consulting, or a
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Preferred: hands-on experience with Pigment, Anaplan, or comparable planning tools; familiarity
