Senior Financial Analyst I

📋 Description

• Own monthly close and re-forecast for GTM cost centers.
• Audit reports/dashboards; identify quick automation/standardization wins.
• Deliver automated GTM performance reports (CAC, retention, engagement).
• Conduct deep-dive unit economics analyses for new deals and offerings.
• Support Investor Relations and public markets narrative as priorities shift.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, IB, or equity research.
• Strong financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Forecasting, variance analysis, and business modeling.
• Excellent communication; present insights to leadership.
• Detail-oriented; manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Experience partnering with S&M in high-growth tech/healthcare.
• SFDC, Adaptive Planning, Mode Analytics, and/or SQL.
