Senior Financial Analyst, Merchandising Analytics

📋 Description

• Partner with Merchandising to drive pricing, promotions, and assortment profitability.
• Analyze Price, Volume, and Mix (PVM) to explain drivers and influence decisions.
• Support new SKU/brand launches with forecasting and margin modeling.
• Collaborate with Marketing and FP&A on ROI, tradeoffs, and demand impacts.
• Bring SKU-level analysis and inventory economics from offline to ecommerce.
• Build scalable reports and dashboards using SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and Excel.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years in financial analysis, FP&A, or merchandising finance (retail/e-comm).
• Proficient in SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Strong PVM analysis background to inform decisions.
• SKU-level analysis, margin modeling, forecasting, cannibalization.
