Senior Financial Analyst/Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a team supporting financial management operations, ERP modernization, audit readiness, and
• Serve as the primary contractor representative responsible for program execution, performance
• Provide strategic guidance related to GFEBS-SA implementation, sustainment, integration, and
• Partner with government leadership to identify operational challenges, assess risks, and recommend
• Oversee development of financial management strategies that improve audit readiness, reporting
• Coordinate system enhancements, business process improvements, change management activities, and

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Management, or related
• Top Secret with SCI Eligibility (or ability to obtain as required)
• 8 to 10 years of Department of Defense financial management experience
• 5+ years of GFEBS/GFEBS-SA experience, including at least 1 year supporting GFEBS-SA
• 2 to 3 years supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF) or Sensitive Activities environments
• Demonstrated experience managing complex programs, teams, schedules, and deliverables
