Provide FP&A support for North America; model risk and cost scenarios.
Deliver month-end analysis, variance reporting, and actionable insights.
Develop dashboards on logistics KPIs for executives.
Own monthly accruals and invoice reconciliation for freight and duties.
Identify cost-saving opportunities across carriers and brokers.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of FP&A experience.
Experience in supply chain finance with operational dynamics (preferred).
Strong communication skills to present financial data to diverse audiences.
Analytical and modelling skills with strong financial statement knowledge.
Collaborative and inclusive approach to business support.
Advanced Excel skills, with complex modelling and formulas.
