Senior Financial Controller

📋 Description

• Review and support financial accounting and reporting to ensure compliance with Polish accounting
• Implement Eurofins Group accounting policies and review monthly Group reporting (IFRS)
• Prepare local statutory reporting (Polish Accounting Act) and cooperate with auditors during annual
• Support statutory, tax and statistical reporting (US, GUS, NBP)
• Cooperate with tax advisor
• Participate in Group Finance projects and improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Higher Education Degree in Accounting or Finance
• International professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA) are nice to have
• Fluent spoken and written English (B2/C1) and Polish (C1/C2)
• Solid understanding of financial accounting standards (Polish and IFRS)
• Previous experience in Accountancy or Controlling / Finance Business Partner role in international
• Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels of the organization
