Senior Financial Management Functional Consultant

📋 Description

• Gather, document, and analyze financial system requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers on implementation
• Validate GTAS, USSGL, and DoW reporting compliance
• Develop use cases, flows, and functional specs
• Support testing, data validation, and data conversion
• Liaise between financial management and technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or Information Systems
• 3–8+ years of Department of War/DoD financial management experience
• Experience with DoD financial systems and GTAS, USSGL, and DFAS processes
• Experience gathering business requirements and supporting testing activities
• Professional certifications such as CDFM, CGFM, CPA, PMP, or Agile
