🎯 Requirements

5+ years recruiting finance professionals in India.
Experience recruiting for IB, PE, hedge funds, valuation, equity research, or structured/project finance.
Strong understanding of financial modeling roles.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Experience negotiating compensation with Indian finance professionals.
Comfortable working independently.
