Senior Financial Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Support, advise, and educate Directors, Project Managers, and VPs on project and organizational
• Track, report, and analyze program spend against funding and contract values.
• Conduct detailed planning, reporting, and analysis on key Customer Success performance metrics.
• Partner with key stakeholders across Customer Success and other departments to manage financial and
• Develop and maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, analyze pipeline trends, and provide insights to
• Lead the development of essential financial processes and reporting for Customer Success operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in financial analysis, project finance, project control, finance operations, or corporate
• Demonstrated leadership abilities through proactive communication and effective support of
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of successfully navigating conflict resolution
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in developing financial reporting and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or a related field.
• Expert in Excel / Googlesheets, knowledge of Tableau and CRM systems (Salesforce)
