Senior Financial Planning Analyst

📋 Description

• Build and maintain driver-based financial models for revenue and GTM
• Partner with Commercial Org and Insights to track KPIs
• Own ARR, bookings and churn reporting across systems
• Develop business cases for investments, headcount, and new markets
• Support business reviews with data-driven commentary and variance analysis
• Assist in annual planning and reforecast cycles

🎯 Requirements

• Solid FP&A experience in fast-growth tech
• Build/maintain driver-based models in Google Sheets or Excel
• Translate GTM KPIs into financial insight
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders
• AI fluency; use of AI tools to accelerate analysis
