Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

📋 Description

• Prepare and file quarterly and annual financial statements on time
• Apply US GAAP and SEC regulations for compliance
• Book monthly stock-based compensation entries per US GAAP
• Support audits with documentation and requests
• Research complex accounting transactions; draft memos
• Coordinate with FP&A, tax, corp dev and legal as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• CPA
• 3+ years accounting/financial reporting experience
• US GAAP, SEC regulations and SOX controls
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong research, analytical and deadline driven mindset
