Senior Financial Reporting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead month-end close and financial reporting for multi-entity group
• Own month-end timetable and coordinate stakeholders to meet deadlines
• Oversee balance sheet reporting, reconciliations, and financial controls
• Act as primary contact for Financial Reporting team, providing leadership
• Support external audit and resolve complex financial reporting matters
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and leverage automation

🎯 Requirements

• Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• 7+ years post-qualification accounting experience
• Financial reporting experience in large multinational organisation
• End-to-end month-end close and group consolidations experience
• Strong technical accounting, balance sheet, and controls knowledge
• Advanced Excel and strong data literacy
