🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years in equipment finance, leasing, or equivalent
• Background in vendor finance is ideal
• Experience working in or closely alongside the banking and financial-services sector
• Established industry relationships among US banks, leasing companies, and equipment-finance partners
• Hands-on commercial, sales, or business development experience
• Fluent, professional English is a must; German is a plus
