Senior Financial Systems Analyst – Workday Financials

📋 Description

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Workday Financials users by providing production support
• Configure and maintain Workday Financials components, including Financial Data Models (FDM)
• Partner with business users to understand requirements, evaluate impacts, and implement Workday
• Evaluate downstream impacts of system and configuration changes across accounting, reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials configuration, Financial Data Models (FDM), and
• Ability to build, modify, and troubleshoot Workday reports.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, and Operations teams.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Workday configuration and
