• Maintain daily reconciliation across core subledgers; resolve breaks within SLAs.
• Provide month-end data support with subledger-to-GL tie-outs.
• Own UAT for finance-system changes; ensure production-ready tests.
• Ensure uptime of automated reconciliation; monitor bots and fix failures same day.
• Define audit-ready validation protocols for AI workflows.
• Prioritize testing backlog for SaaS integrations and new bank products.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in financial operations; reconciliations across subledgers.
• Strong month-end data quality; investigate breaks and timing issues.
• Translate requirements into UAT scenarios; manage backlog.
• SQL proficiency to validate outputs; monitor and troubleshoot bots.
• AI-driven mindset; design validation checks for automated results.
• Experience building/deploying AI agents in finance.
