📋 Description

• Get hands-on with collar hardware and build test rigs.
• Design test strategies for collar firmware end-to-end.
• Build automated regression and hardware-in-the-loop tests (Python) and CI/CD.
• Trace issues from signals to payload and data stores.
• Analyze field data (Grafana, Athena, Elasticsearch) for regressions.
• Collaborate with firmware engineers to reproduce defects and improve tests.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience testing embedded firmware or software on real hardware.
• Strong Python automation; built or maintained a test framework.
• Comfort with debuggers and bench setups: UART, SPI, I2C, JTAG.
• CI/CD pipelines wired into your workflow.
• Sharp troubleshooter; create clear root-cause defects.
• Works well in fast Agile teams; proactive about testing.
