Senior Flight Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Prepare development ground and flight test plans supporting Halo and Thunder flight test campaigns
• Run flight test cards through simulation with safety evaluation and autonomy engineers for
• Set up and run ground and flight test campaigns
• Participate in Flight Test Safety Risk Management process
• Coordinate with certification, quality, and flight test teams
• Support safety reviews, test readiness reviews, and flight test safety reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in flight test operations, aerospace testing, or related field
• Experience with development and certification ground/flight tests
• Experience with safety risk management processes, and test readiness/safety reviews
• Strong understanding of data analysis, and flight test data visualization
• Proficiency with configuration management and instrumentation/data acquisition systems
