📋 Description

• Develop innovative confectionery formulations aligned with Feastables brand
• Lead product commercialization from idea to market as Technical Leader
• Create specifications and guidelines with FSQA partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally on rapid consumer tests and prototypes
• Manage trials and first productions at co-manufacturers; travel required
• Maintain relationships with co-manufacturers and suppliers for timely, quality materials

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in food science, preferably confectionery CPG
• Proven track record developing and commercializing food formulations
• Hands-on confectionery materials work and lab-scale prototypes
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
• Strong knowledge of product development, commercialization, and testing methodologies
• Thrives in fast-paced startup; able to navigate ambiguity; willing to travel 25%
