Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as primary contact for customers throughout their journey with AssemblyAI.
• Onboard new customers and align on product vision.
• Plan and execute voice AI integrations for customer use cases.
• Manage a portfolio of technical customers with async communication.
• Lead commercial and project meetings to demonstrate value.
• Drive API usage growth across product offerings.
• Build strong connections to ensure long-term customer success.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as TAM, account manager, solutions architect, or similar.
• SQL, Python, and React experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools is a plus.
• Passion for AI and applying it to real-world customer challenges.
• Strong ability to identify voice AI opportunities and plan execution.
• Willing to wear many hats (engineer, PM, support) to unblock issues.
• High energy, strong context-switching, and multi-project ownership.
