📋 Description

• Serve as primary contact for customers throughout their AssemblyAI journey.
• Evaluate use cases and identify opportunities to integrate voice AI.
• Manage a portfolio of technical customers with asynchronous communication.
• Lead commercial meetings to demonstrate the value of our voice AI capabilities.
• Drive growth in API usage across product offerings and use cases.
• Act as thought leader and customer advocate shaping the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in technical account management or similar roles
• Experience with SQL, Python, React and web frameworks
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools is a plus
• Ability to identify opportunities for voice AI integration
• Willing to wear many hats across software, product, and support
• Energetic, capable of multitasking with strong ownership
