📋 Description

• Drive planning, scoping, and delivery of complex implementations.
• Serve as escalation point for integrations; debug issues; hands-on coding in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Lead technical discovery calls; translate requirements into stories.
• Propose architectural decisions; design approaches optimized for product.
• Represent FDE in product feedback and cross-functional alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement: delivery playbooks, onboarding, training, and mentorship.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in CS or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 6-8+ years in software, systems engineering, or tech PM.
• Deep expertise across multiple product domains; debug complex integrations.
• Strong communication; lead discovery sessions and influence stakeholders.
• Mentored or led engineers; create documentation and playbooks.
• Coding in SQL, JavaScript, and Python.
