• Embed with the customer’s data and engineers.
• Scope data sources, architecture, and production path with the customer.
• Design and ship LLM- and agent-powered systems on the data.
• Harden field learnings into the shared platform and tooling.
• Own the flywheel: field learnings flow into the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building production software and data systems.
• Architect’s instinct to solve ambiguous problems with clean solutions.
• AI/LLM depth: real systems with LLMs and agents; evaluate quality.
• Data engineering depth: build pipelines in Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake.
• Customer-facing: work with customers’ engineers and data teams, earn trust.
• Willing to travel regularly (~10-20%).
