🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Ownership of mission-critical services with on-call rotations.
• Ship-first mentality; high velocity with modern frameworks.
• Full-stack architecture across frontend, backend, databases, distributed infra.
• AI-native development experience (e.g., Windsurf, OpenCode).
• Cloud ecosystem fluency: AWS, GCP, or Azure (serverless, networking, security).
