Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end integration for dedicated LSP accounts
• Configure bi-directional webhooks and event-driven pipelines
• Read, act, and write data into customer TMS, WMS, ERP systems
• Unify data into a single actionable signal across core systems
• Customize agent interfaces and logic for LSP workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software/solutions engineering or customer-facing roles
• API-first design and bi-directional webhook configuration
• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, PubSub, etc.)
• Hands-on integration with TMS, WMS, or ERP systems
• Strong debugging skills in distributed, agent-driven workflows
• Deep logistics domain knowledge: freight procurement, load tendering, carrier mgmt
