• Own end-to-end integration for dedicated LSP accounts — configure bi-directional webhooks and
• Unify disparate customer data into actionable signals to enable dynamic interoperability across
• Customize interfaces and agent logic to fit LSP workflows (procurement, tendering, exception
• Provide ground truth between field operations and product teams; help shape the roadmap with field
• Build event-driven pipelines (Kafka/PubSub) handling millions of logistics events per day.
• Serve as a conduit between customers and product, ensuring adoption scales from pilot to production.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software/solutions engineering or customer-facing technical implementation.
• API-first design mastery and bi-directional webhook configuration.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and stream processing (Kafka, PubSub, or similar).
• Hands-on integration with TMS, WMS, or ERP systems.
• Strong debugging skills across distributed, agent-driven workflows.
• Deep logistics domain knowledge (freight procurement, load tendering, carrier management
