Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical owner for customer engagements from discovery through production
• Understand each customer’s architecture, constraints, and success definition to drive toward that
• Navigate technical decisions with customers, managing expectations and communicating risks
• Build connectors, pipelines, and tooling to make the platform work inside enterprise environments
• Write production-quality code, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes in active workstreams
• Collaborate across customer environments with different stacks and constraints

🎯 Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of engineering experience
• Hands-on production engineering with coding, debugging, and fixes
• Experience with AI and agentic development
• Enterprise software development and deployment experience
• Shipping production solutions at scale
• Experience building integrations across systems and infrastructure
