Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Primary technical owner for customer engagements from discovery through production rollout
• Understand customer architecture and success criteria; drive toward outcomes
• Manage expectations, communicate risks, and steer technical decisions
• Build connectors, pipelines, and tooling to run the platform in enterprise environments
• Write production-quality code, troubleshoot, and implement fixes in live workstreams
• Collaborate across varied stacks and constraints to deliver results

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of engineering experience
• Hands-on production engineering with coding, debugging, and fixes
• Experience in AI and agentic development
• Experience deploying software in enterprise environments
• Experience shipping production solutions at scale
• Experience building integrations across existing systems
• Strong troubleshooting and code review skills
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to customer sites
