📋 Description

• Partner with Process Improvement, Product, DevOps, IT, Security, and other business functions to
• Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical approaches.
• Map existing workflows, including systems, stakeholders, handoffs, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Identify opportunities for automation and determine which problems are appropriate for technical
• Design, prototype, build, productionize automation solutions.
• Integrate solutions with existing systems, APIs, infrastructure, and product workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer or equivalent.
• Strong software engineering background, able to build production-quality solutions.
• Proven experience implementing workflow/process automation solutions.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to discover and define problems.
• Ability to work successfully in ambiguous environments.
• Experience taking solutions from discovery/prototype to production.
